Our Story​

KPS London is a property advisory firm established in 2006 with the aim of
assisting private clients with their residential property requirements. We
represent local and international ultra high net worth (UHNW) individuals,
investors and developers, and we are committed in providing impartial advice
while following strictly the professional standards of the estate agency
industry.

We are well versed of the needs and demands of UHNW clients when making
property decisions having worked with several family offices, investors,
premier league football players and first time buyers over the years. We pride
ourselves on building strong lasting relationships with our clients as they
continue to choose our firm for all their real estate requirements.

Miria Kyprianou

Miria has spent 8 years in property financing working for a London retail bank prior to founding KPS London in 2006. She now advises clients with regards to sourcing prime property opportunities in central London, both residential and development projects. She is very familiar with London hotspots and in particular the super prime market, having successfully advised clients in acquiring lateral units within some of the most high-profile ultra-prime developments in London. Miria holds an MBA degree from Henley Business School.
